Terms and conditions – Makalu Wear

We encourage you to read our terms and conditions before making a purchase with us. By placing an order on www.makalu-wear.com you agree to the terms and conditions below. We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions as necessary.

1. Order and purchase agreement

When you place an order on www.makalu-wear.com you will receive an order confirmation via email. When production begins, we will send you a delivery confirmation. It is in connection with this confirmation that a binding contract is concluded between you and Makalu Wear .

We print all products on demand , which means they are only manufactured after you place your order.

3. Age and order

  • You must be at least 18 years old to shop with us.

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders if we suspect fraud, incorrect information or other irregularities.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in SEK.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.

  • We offer secure payments via Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal and debit cards.

  • Discount codes and promotions are only valid during the specified time period.

5. Delivery

Since all products are printed after order, we have a slightly longer delivery time.

  • Production usually starts within 1–3 business days.

  • Total delivery time is approximately 5–9 business days .

  • You will receive a delivery confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for delays that occur with shipping companies after the goods have left our warehouse.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be in original condition and must not have been used or washed.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • Since our products are printed to order, exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply according to Section 11 of the Distance Contracts Act. We assess each case individually.

Packages not collected will be charged SEK 300 .

7. Complaints

  • You have the right to complain about a product within 3 years according to the Consumer Sales Act.

  • Please contact us as soon as you discover the error, preferably with a picture.

  • If the complaint is approved, we will replace it with a new item, repair or refund.

Email your complaint to info@makalu-wear.com and attach clear pictures and order number.

9. Force Majeure

Makalu Wear is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, wars or technical problems.

10. Applicable law

The purchase is governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled in Swedish courts.
